I purchased a Ulta gift card at a grocery store, when I got home the gift card was nowhere to be found. Called Ulta customer service to inactivate the gift card. Jonathan E. addressed my issue. He was pleasant kind and extremely accommodating. Thank you Jonathan for the positive experience!
