I have spent thousands of dollars at Ulta over the years. Today, they lost a loyal customer because their customer service is literally not allowed to fix the problem, what in the world is the point of asking for a shipping address if your system is going to default to the address on file. I did not ask you to ship it to that address. Now, I’m out a order and Ulta recognizes their system failure yet that is somehow my problem and not theirs.
