I was trying to place an online order using Paypal, and the site would not complete the purchase, stating that there was an invalid payment method. The online chat representative from Ulta said it was probably because I had added an item to my cart a month and and was just now completing the purchase. I should clear my cart and try again in 30 minutes. Ha! They have lost a sale and I will tell everyone I know to avoid shopping at Ulta.
