I was very pleased with the online customer service through the chat line on their website a few months ago! I placed an order online, and unfortunately one of the glitter shades was broken in the ColourPop Nude Mood palette I bought. I totally understand as shipping makeup can be fairly difficult as it's fragile, but I was a bit sad as this was a birthday gift for my sister. I contacted them to see if a partial refund or something else could be done about this matter, but they actually went ahead and sent a brand new palette! I didn't expect it either :D The lady I spoke to (I forgot her name, I'm so sorry but I'll edit it if I do find it) was super kind and genuinely did her best to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase!
