I had no problem with the store and the help I received for products at Ulta. The product I bought was a lash serum called Grande Lash from Planet Beauty. After using product on my lashes after 1 day, I noticed my eyes were red and swollen. After day 2 I stopped product and was able to get a full refund. There is a 26 page class action suit on product. It is not fully FDA approved. Many women had same experience and this product should not be on the market.
