First order online. Three horrible hours later after endless delays on their website and failed info processing and worthless customer support, I got my first and last order through. Can you imagine going to any store with these products and spending three hours to buy four items? That is the online Ulta experience. The worst part is that they could care less and do nothing to resolve it. Their CEO needs to be fired yesterday. Do not buy from Ulta.
