Dreadful customer service! I'm in a wheelchair and I'm looking for a place where I can get a perm without transferring to a salon chair. I can't wean my head back into a salon sink but I can lean forward. I told them this and they said they'd be willing to work with me. They then said they would have one of their stylists call me for a pre-appointment consultation. They said the person would call this morning. That never happened. I called to remind them. They said they would have the person call me this afternoon. That still hasn't happened.My advice? Skip Ulta altogether.
