Do not order online.I ordered online completed my purchase. Received my order confirmation. Then to find out the order never went through. Yet my card was charged. A rep told me to reorder. My response so I will be billed twice, how does that make sense. I sat on hold for over 5 hours, to be told there is issue on there end and with their website. Customer service refuses to assist.
