If I could give zero stars I would! Never bought online before… so on cyber Monday, I was sick in bed decided to do some online shopping. Bought a skin care set with a free gift with 40 dollar purchase. So I did just that. Never on the checkout did it say to go to another page and find my gift with purchase and add that to my order. Never in the whole experience was that told to the customer. If you buy the qualified amount why don’t you just honor the customer with the gift with purchase??? Because they make money on the fact the customer has no access to that information from their website. I called and thought they’d help me. They said, nope, you didn’t add it, so we didn’t give it to you. What a freakin scam!!! I’m planning on going to the better business bureau to file a real complaint. I could imagine how many millions of people they’ve done this to!
