I recently moved to the area and found my local Ulta. I am a platinum rewards member and visit my previous location frequently, so much that the wonderful staff know me and are so helpful.In Farmingdale, you have a rude and combative person named Dominique (if that’s truly her name) she claims to be the manager. I had an issue with an online order and she would not allow me to explain, instead she rolled her eyes at me and started smacking her lips. I asked her to show some compassion as I’m a very good customer and I am asking for help. I turned to my friend and said this lady is very rude. She immediately snapped around came raving towards me and said “do you want me to kick your ass?” I have filed a complaint with Ulta.com as well. She should not be representing this business. You‘ve lost mine to Sephora. “Dominique” with the blue hair….. invest in some social skills management. You need it!
