My in laws bought me a $100 gift card for Christmas. I tried to use it in store and I scratched the PIN number off in front of the cashier, Lindsay. She then said it wouldn’t work. I had to call customer service and they said my gift card had already been used and there’s nothing they can do about it. That was a waste of $100 and a Christmas gift. I will not be shopping with Ulta again.
