I had an issue with a CD key so I contacted ubisoft support as anyone would, there service is terrible, they dont answer anyou of your questions. It seemed that they would just send me 1 of 3 emails on repeat. It was pitiful, fortunately I watched a video on youtube showing a way to fix my issue, but no thanks to ubisoft.I would highly advise to not even bother with ubisoft support
