After recovering my stolen Ubisoft account, I have been unable to play Rainbow Six Siege due to a persistent connection error (4-0xFFF0BE26).Despite opening multiple support tickets and posting on Ubisoft's Discord support channel, I have only received automated responses and no real solutions.I have followed all troubleshooting steps provided by Ubisoft Support, including network resets, DNS changes, and even re-installing the game, but the issue persists.Ubisoft’s customer service has been unresponsive, and no escalation has been offered. It is unacceptable for a loyal customer to face this level of service.I am now forced to escalate this issue publicly, as Ubisoft has failed to address it privately.
