Terrible, customer service keep repeating that driver tried to contact me for 8 mins, while the driver delivered the grocery early from scheduled time. I scheduled delivery after 6 pm that means I’m busy before 6 pm. They know that it’s their fault that driver picked up it early and try to to deliver, but they don’t accept accountability for their mix up. Never ordering it again from uber eats, definitely do not recommend..
