I made an £11 payment for a bottle of wine, same date £59.99 for a yearly subscription to Uber one and then a £25 charge by an Uber taxi also on the same date came out of my account, which I didn’t approve. Trying to get through to Uber is like trying to get through to God, second time I’ve had this happen to me with the annual subscription before, first time sorted, this time customer service….none existent…just get it yourself, far easier and cheaper!!!!!
