My employer's company credit card was charged last month for an annual Uber One membership (NZ $96) which I never requested. The bank stopped this as a fraudulent charge but Uber continue to pursue me for this money, for something I didn't order and would never use. I see other reviewers have had the same thing done to them. I can't imagine a big organisation such as Uber would intentionally run such a scam, so maybe its an error in their system. However the result is that I can't use any Uber service until the unwanted subscription fee is paid.
