I've just had my account arbitrarily suspended for a "breach" of their T&Cs. Because we had a field on one of our forms called 'password', they assumed we were using the form to harvest passwords illegally. I wrote to explain that wasn't the case at all and we had a legitimate reason to have that field, but they wouldn't consider my argument. I've asked them to point out the part in their T&Cs justifying their decision, but they were unable to. I've just wasted a whole day creating new forms on a competitive platform (much better by the way, and cheaper). How very silly of them as I've now cancelled my £252 annual subscription with Typeform. Their loss...
