I opened a Twilio account and had filled in all of my details, I was on the trial account and decided to put £20 onto the account, when the page refreshed I was instantly met by a page that my "account has been suspended to suspicious activity, please contact our fraud team". The "fraud team" has contacted me once with outreach asking questions, I have since filled the questions in but the responses seem to be unbelievably slow.It's been 6+ hours since I was suspended and not a word from the "Fraud Team" via email.I will definitely be switching to a competitor at this rate...
