I have a business listing on Tripadvisor . We have more reviews and positive feedback than our competitiors but still we are below the in ranking . no way to call Tripadvisor to ask why this continues to be . Please how can we move up the ladder of ratings . how to contact about this PLEASE. all algorithms and robots and no business owner contact methods????
