I reached out to Tripadvisor for help logging into my account. I used to log in with Facebook, but that option is no longer available. They are not attempting to verify my identity or offering any assistance. Many years ago I posted videos that I want to delete, but I’m unable to do so because I can’t log in. I’m also unable to edit my review, which is important to me. In 2023 I had a long chat with them, nearly begging for help, but they politely refused all my attempts.I rate the customer service one star, but I wouldn’t give any if that were an option.
