I have ordered dog food from TSC several times and will admit my dogs like the food. My complaint is that any negative review will not be allowed to be posted on their site. most recently I posted the following review. Good food but...Well balanced diet for Dogs. The food is highly rated by dogfoodadvisor.com However it came packed so poorly the many of the cans were dented significantly. This happens often. TSC packing department needs serious remedial training.I received the following email for them.It cannot be published to the website, but...Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!This is the third time I posted something negative on their site and they have refused to publish it. Seems like anything less than a 4 or 5 star review will result in it not being posted. Buyer beware.
