I ordered Sapphire Olive Eggers and received what I believe to be regular Olive Eggers. After receiving the wrong chicks, I messaged TSC asking for a price adjustment to reflect the chicks I actually received. I received a response within 24 hrs letting me know that it's up to Hoover's to adjust my price and asked for pictures to help them better communicate the error with the hatchery. I sent them and waited for a response. After not receiving any, I emailed again and waited for a response. Still none. I didn't ask for a full refund even though I received the wrong order. I don't think I asked too much for it to be made right by reimbursing the difference.After submitting this exact review they rejected it saying it goes against their standards.
