Great software, awful support

Todoist is a great tool. Nicely designed and really useful. But frequently I encounter bugs and problems and when I do, the tech support is AWFUL. They take ages to reply to tickets, give incomplete and confusing answers when pressed for updates, always complain that they have a huge backlog and things are taking longer than usual, but it's been that way for a year at least. Beyond a certain point, it's not "longer than usual", it's "just as long as usual".Honestly the only reason I haven't bailed on them to try out TickTick is because I'm so entrenched in this software with a complicated set-up. But every mishandled support case gets me closer to that point.
