It seems impossible to cancel a subscription after you sign up for a free trial. There is no way to cancel a subscription on the website, you have to send an email to an address that does not respond to emails.I signed up for a free trial and forgot to cancel before the day. I sent a email on the day saying I wanted to cancel but then found out I had already been debited, I asked for a refund but I have received no communication from them. This has been since the 10th of February.I will be reporting this to my bank and disputing the charge. I will also contact the CMA and leave reviews everywhere possible.UPDATE: The refund page says I am not eligible for a refund. The website also is not allowing me to cancel the current subscription. They have not been useful. My bank will block any attempts for them to further debit me and I will still be carrying on with reporting them.
