I am a business owner who was sold a premium profile package for my business with the promise of increased business, that would help me increase turn over. Well almost a year has gone by and the service is not only appalling, Time Out is unable to deliver what it promised in the first place and total waste of money. To top it all off, they are claiming that i have been automatically renewed and tied into a new contract for an entire year! without my confirmation, permission or even notifying me. i found out as i thought was about a year and called to cancel but they said they are allowed to renew my contract as the contract i signed up for a year says they can!So my advise to any business is DON'T TAKE ON THIS SCAM!!!! they bullies and forcing me to go to court to cancel this 2nd year they think they have the right to sign me up to.
