The customer service and aftercare provided are profoundly unsatisfactory.As a seasoned journalist, I intend to utilize some of these grievances in a documentary aimed at revealing TikTok's conduct. Following two impactful reports that garnered significant engagement, I faced accusations of harassment in one instance and inciting hate in another, which are unfounded claims. My credentials as an award-winning journalist with over two decades in the mainstream media should speak for themselves. Unfortunately, appeals are met with automated responses, allowing TikTok to evade accountability for libel and slander, particularly when it permits known racists to disseminate their views, often bolstered by large followings. The financial aspect appears to play a crucial role in this dynamic. Furthermore, the ineffectiveness of their customer service exacerbates the situation. It is imperative that these issues are brought to light; enough is enough.
