Been a customer for years but now they are becoming just like Home advisor. Charging high prices for bogus leads and not giving refunds. I got charged $245 and the lead phone number never rang and they never answered any messages. Do you think I got a refund? No they charge multiple pros high prices for 1 lead making a good chunk of money off us small businesses. Pretty terrible experience. Will no longer refer my contractor friends to thumbtack.
