I like the way Thumbtack techs are monitoring the app. Notifications got a bit much at first for me. They realized that - email and txt msgs were overlapping -and without my complaining, they adjusted their software. Thank you! The person I hired to do some gardening has been wonderful! The way Thumbtack is set up to interview contractors is good. It allows for communication - or not - as I discovered. That's ok. I just cross them off my list. I will use Thumbtack for help with other projects, but may not move as fast as their reminders. Thankfully, I can make adjustments using the app.
