Ordered a guitar with a price of £5.5k, not a cheap item so expected some sort of service, but no - any queries are just pushed back to me with a fob-off re: "our policy is this" blah blah blah...Thomann used to provide some sort of decent service but this is really poor.In the end I requested a callback as they are so slow to respond to email, the person who called was unhelpful and rude, when I asked how I complain he said "you can't"!!!!!". Any more issues and I will be going to my payment provider for a refund....UPDATE 18/10/2024 - You will see a standard form reply from Thomann that they posted within 24 hours asking me to contact them and trying to look as though they care - what they knew when they posted their reply was that I already contacted them with all my contact details and the details of my issues with them and they did not even reply to me! - so that proves what I have said in my review above...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!
