I ordered a set of violin strings at Thomann. They were sent the day after. But then when they were handed over at the Belgian post they just didn't arrive. I called Thomann because it was urgent. They sent immediately a new set but then with UPS and 3 days later they arrived. So I very, very much appreciate the service Thomann gives!!!By the way it took bpost 1 month to find the package they seemed to have lost somewhere and found again after 30 days.
