I'm absolutely furious with Thomann! I've been a loyal customer for years, but my latest order never arrived, and they’ve done absolutely nothing to help me out. The first time I had an issue, they acted like it was no big deal—now they've proven they're completely unreliable. This is my final purchase with them, and I warn anyone considering buying from Thomann: their after-sales service is a total joke. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!
