Agree that this company is unscrupulous. They have withdrawn any options to cancel a subscription via your account web page or by email. The email reply to my formal notice of cancellation was that I had to do it by phone; then of course I get the usual wait with boring music. Avoid this hassle; don' t sign up in the first place to any of their subscription ' offers'!!
