The Knot does not protects its Vendors from slanderous reviews by clients. They want the vendor to submit documentation to the contrary but accepts the client review without any documentation. I had a client that did not receive her deposit back because she had unpaid balances and damages to my venue and she was allowed to review our venue with one lie after another. I’m not paying for the knots services so that anyone who gets mad can write a bad review without documentation and ruin my business and reputation. I do not recommend them!
