Consistent problems within the Guest List section

This is my person experience with The Knot. I have been having unbelievable trouble with this website. Guests not showing up in the list from time to time, people RSVP'd "attending" on their end, yet we see that they have not yet RSVP'd, guests saying they look up their name and they aren't even showing up on the list. It's frustrating because you think you're making the mistakes on your end. Was is a typo? Did we forget to email them the invite? When you're dealing with a couple hundred people, you expect a system like this to function and help you move along smoothly. Unfortunately we made the mistake of using this site for the second time - due to postponing the wedding for covid, and I can very honestly say I would never ever recommend this site to anyone - we've had nothing but troubles with the guest list section.I have been manually RSVP'ing for some of our guests, and even in one circumstance, I've clicked "attending" for one and then right after I refreshed, the name of the invitee wasn't even in the list. As if I deleted them. Please do not waste your time with this platform.
