Want my money back when I cancelled hotel reservation 2 hrs after I made it bc they lied, charged me more than my AAA rate would have been by adding extra charges for protections I didn't need. Had said rooms were set aside at a special price for the wedding. Only willing to give me a voucher to stay at a hotel they agree to and only in the next 120 days which I can't use. Company called THEKNOT.COM Refuse to give me my money back, reservation made and cancelled 2 months b4 the wedding!
