Called to get a refund from my card clash. Spent a total of an hour and 15 minutes of my time on the phone ALL FOR THEM TO CUT THE PHONE AFTER!!! Absolutely livid. I kept being transferred and transferred to different teams NONE HELPED ME - Deep it that I wouldnt have had to go through this dragged out progress but if the website just worked and accepted my card so i could go through the refund process. I don’t know why the people on the phone are useless, sound-dead beings with no sympathy whatsoever. I still have yet to get my money back - They really need to fix up when it comes to customer service….
