If TfL were customer-focused, or even vaguely interested, they'da) design a user friendly website, andb) read and respond to criticism that their website is among the worst that I, and many other Trustpilot reviewers have used.Presumably, they ain't (customer-focused, or even vaguely interested), and a) lack the competence to (design a user friendly website, and b) don't care? So why am I wasting time reviewing them?
