I would give -5 stars if I could!They cloned my car's number plate and I was fined by TFL for that. Which is not fair. I live in the south of England and was not in London that day. I uploaded all the evidence, police report number, photos, time line, etc......and the main proof is that my license plate is different from the clone!Is that not enough for them? Are they asking for all the evidence again?But their website has been down for 1 week!!! I called them. The administrator told me in a jerk tone that I could file an objection by post. Because the complaint cannot be handled by email or by phone???See you in court!!!!
