I think 1 star is too much for this guy. 14:50, 23/09/2022 Colindale station, norther line . Big bulky evil look white guy. He seems didn’t know his job, looked like just transferred to this job.. very rude manners. (He Could be possible still moaning for queen’s funeral) He definitely knew how to open the door to let so many people go through whiteout a ticket. Of course he also was very good at chatting on his mobile phone. But he didn’t know how to set up a discount travel card. Even my document has been stamped by the job center, he still ask me to go back to job center without a look at the stamped paper
