TIME FOR CHANGE!

Service cancelled after I paid for my ticket. Tried getting a refund at the station, gates attendant wouldnt issue a refund. I called TFL customer service, after being in the queue waiting for around 30 min, an extremely rude creature ( I suspect orc) responded. He was not interested in resolving an issue, just to shout over me. I asked to be put through to his manager on which he just put telephone down on me. Unfortunately, seeing that TFL is a monopoly, public doesnt have any means of a recourse, thought it is fully funded by the later. Time for a change. And its not people on the ground, the workers, its the people in power, who drain the essential service dry for their profit. Same with NHS, DVSA etc ... you name it
