Don't have much to do with TFL as was only down in London to march at the Cenotaph on 12/13th Nov as I am a veteran. On the evening of 12th we had checked in at Kings X when they evacuated the station so my wife and I charged full price. Have tried emailing, no answer. Have tried requesting refund on their site but go around in circles. I feel for Londoners!!
