TfL... you are failing the children trying to get to school in the morning! My daughter gets the 179 bus from South Woodford to Chingford and most of the time the bus is either late or is packed and will just drive past. I have noticed that while Downstairs is full of people that Upstairs has one person per two seats. The driver will not get on the tannoy to tell people that there are seats upstairs and to sit next to each other. This is causing a lot of anxiety because she gets detention is. Why aren’t you getting the driver to tell passengers to sit next to each other and why are you not putting on more busses in the morning? I’ve emailed your customer service numerous times but nothing changes
