No answer from Mayor/LU to 8/1/23 complaint sentWhat a great start to the New Year on London Underground, as a lowlife was vaping I got off Piccadilly Line at South Kensington, 1/1/23. There sat on platform minding my business, train after train was rammed, couldn't continue journey. Then on next bench group (4) lots of vaping by them. I went to Intercom information, announcement then made over loudspeaker vaping not allowed.There were shouts of 'snitch' from the group and continuous abusive/negative comments, more vaping. I went back to intercom, asked for LU staff to come. LU operative cut off. I called back operative said would try to send someone.Abuse from group, told me to 'chill', 'batty boy', what was under his beanie hat/ginger?, should have asthma attack, continuous laughter, comments.One of group went to intercom (who said most of abuse) said to operative I was being racist.I returned to intercom as abuse continued, operative said I was being racist and should "go to another carriage" (strange as I was on platform).Relentless abuse and made sick by vaping, nothing done by LU 4:30-5:00am 1/1/23 South Kensington tube Piccadilly Line Westbound.At Hounslow West tube large self prom pics of LU customer service/performance/safety strategy managers 16-25 years experience - all of them and South Kensington operative all failing - vaping and abusive scum allowed.
