I am giving a 1 because I can't give a 0. TFL is a an absolute joke. They have the highest prices of transport and thier services are amazingly awful compare to other countries, specifically their costumer service. Buses in the middle of winter blowing cold air, taking weeks to anwer complaints, refunding the wrong amount. And of course strike all the time.
