Literally the worst company I've ever encountered, not just communications company!Year after year of sneaky policy changes to suit them selves, hidden charges, unfair late fees, zero customer support, and to top it off I've been paying insurance for 4 YEARS EVERY MONTH, broke my phone last week went to the shop and was informed of ANOTHER policy change, my phone isn't insured anymore but they are still charging insurance, I was told I was sent an email and should of seen it and cancelled my insurance! Such diabolical company culture and service it's amazing they have any customers left! I'm paying contract out and will never step foot in a Telstra store again! Do yourself a favour and avoid Telstra like the scum they are! 1 star only because there is no option for a -5
