After a frustrating phone call with a bearable human rep about restoring my internet I cancelled the service after being told it won't be fixed for two weeks! (My first punishment)I cancelled Thursday rang TPG modem turned up Friday and guess what? Connected instantly with no need for their silly wifi boosters.While Connected with TPG, Telstra continued to call me to say they are still working on the problem.. I told them I was Finnished..after 30 years by the way.After being in advance after years of on time payments my (second punishment) is not to refund my $600 credit.Instead they torment you on purpose and say yes here is your lodgement number and money will be in account 3 business days.Never to arrive..had 3 lodgement numbers..many phone calls a visit to the Telstra shop and many online time wasting chats to here the same speel from our overseas friends. Why is it so hard to get my refund? I am sure at Telstra they have a code attached to my name so I genuinely get stuffed around and be the laughing stock in the crammed call centre!But guess what Telstra you will be laughing last you despicable so called humans! Disgusting people that don't deserve feeding!
