Customer Service is a nightmare. Spent 60 mins on the phone then 1hour 17mins - just to sign up to NBN. They are changing systems internally and signed me up to the new system, then had to cancel my order after 3 days and sign me up again in their old system. Currently I have 2 telstra accounts paying for both to make sure i stay connected while they change me over. Customers shouldnt be exposed to these types of internal business/system problems. I really value the Telstra NBN service but the customer experience is very poor.
