I'm in the U K & for months been trying to phone my sister on Kangaroo island. BUT I get this message every time - "The number you have called is not connected". I know her phone is definitely connected because I end up contacting her Daughter in W A If this was a U K Co they would be forced out of business & no doubt fined for their bad service!
