Telstra is the most expensive provider in the country for phone services, and yet somehow they have the WORST service. Today I had my service cut off on my phone for an overdue bill, despite trying to pay it, and constantly having the app crash every time I try to log in or pay a bill. I've tried calling, paying online, nothing works. How can it be so difficult to make a payment?? I shouldn't have to jump through hoops and waste my time, when I am paying a premium for your service. I will be cancelling my service, seeking a refund, and actively recommending everyone I know to go with a different provider. Do not recommend at all.
