I had a Boost SIM card given to me as a belated Birthday Gift. I have been with Telstra for 12 months on a previous Boost sim. I tried to activate the sim to my phone with no avail. I rang Boost/Telstra to find out what to do. I was told you can’t activate another bought card and activate it to the same phone number. I said I wasn’t aware of that and would have to throw Birthday present away. Edward from Telstra said wait I will speak to my manager and see if we can help. He came back reactivated to my original number on the understanding I would not be able to do that again. I agreed and was grateful I would not lose my birthday gift of the Boost SIM card. I want to thank Telstra and Edward primarily for the kind way I was treated and given my old number back and my Boost back as well. I have been very happy with both coverage and performance of my phone with Boost. Great work and thanks again. 😃😜😃
